Student Ministry Associate
We are seeking a Student Ministry Associate to partner with our Student Minister in advancing the mission of First Baptist Students: leading students to love God, love people, and fulfill the Great Commission. This role helps the Student Minister lead weekly gatherings, assists with parents, and supports the planning and execution of camps, retreats, and events.
Minister of Young Adults
We are currently in an exciting season of growth and we are seeking a passionate and energetic man called to serve as our Minister to Young Adults. This is a full-time ministerial position focused on discipling, equipping, and leading young adults as they grow in their faith and community as well as laying the foundation for a recreational ministry.
The Minister to Young Adults will work closely with our lead team to shepherd and disciple college students, young professionals, and young married couples. This leader will cast vision, build relationships, and develop programs that foster spiritual growth, biblical literacy, and authentic community among young adults. This will take place within the normal church structure as well as developing recreational programs to accomplish the same tasks.

Sunday Morning Nursery Workers
Do you love caring for little ones and helping families feel welcome? First Baptist Church Pensacola is looking for caring, dependable Nursery Workers to provide a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment for babies through preschoolers during Sunday morning services. If you have a heart for children and enjoy serving young families, we'd love to have you join our team.

- Sunday Mornings: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Additional paid opportunities may be available for special events and Wednesday night activities throughout the year.
