Food Services Manager

First Baptist Church Pensacola is seeking a Food Services Manager to lead the daily operations of our church kitchen and help provide excellent hospitality to our church family, ministries, and community.

The Food Services Manager will oversee meal preparation, menu planning, kitchen staff and volunteers, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards. This position will also work closely with church ministries to support weekly meals, special events, and community outreach opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, hospitable, and passionate about using food service as an opportunity to serve others and support the mission of First Baptist Church Pensacola. Our mission is to glorify the Father by following the Holy Spirit in sharing the story of Jesus.

VBS Coordinator – Part-Time/Seasonal

We are seeking a part-time VBS Coordinator to assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of Vacation Bible School. This seasonal position runs from March through July and works closely with the VBS Director to help organize volunteers, prepare materials, coordinate activities and details, and ensure VBS runs smoothly.

Minister of Young Adults

We are currently in an exciting season of growth  and we are seeking a passionate and energetic man called to serve as our Minister to Young Adults. This is a full-time ministerial position focused on discipling, equipping, and leading young adults as they grow in their faith and community as well as laying the foundation for a recreational ministry.

The Minister to Young Adults will work closely with our lead team to shepherd and disciple college students, young professionals, and young married couples. This leader will cast vision, build relationships, and develop programs that foster spiritual growth, biblical literacy, and authentic community among young adults. This will take place within the normal church structure as well as developing recreational programs to accomplish the same tasks.
