Weekly Environments

Middle School (7th-8th Grade)

Sunday Morning @ 9:30 in the ROC

Our Sunday morning Middle School environment is a place where every middle schooler matters and belongs. Our goal is to be a place that inspires students to discover a faith of their own through small group relationships, partnering with parents, dynamic teaching, impactful worship, and every middle schooler’s favorite element: FUN! Middle school is an exciting, awkward, and sometimes difficult stage. Your student wants to get it right. We’re here to help. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Student Minister studentministry@fbcp.org.

High School (9th-12th Grade)

Sunday Morning @ 9:30 in the ROC

Our Sunday morning High School environment is designed to create a place where every high schooler feels like they matter and belong. Our goal is to encourage and equip students to develop and defend a faith of their own. We accomplish this by providing Biblical teaching, small group discussions, and genuine community. If you’re looking for a place to belong and grow your faith, we’d love to start a conversation with you.

Annual Environments

Wise Up Weekend (7th-12th Grade)

Wise Up Weekend is a gathering of students in the 7th-12th grade that takes place each February. During the weekend, we will discuss how to have a relationship with God and how that relationship with God should affect our everyday life. There will be four main sessions filled with incredible worship, relevant teaching from the Bible, and lots of crazy games. At night, students will stay in a host home, provided by one of our church members. Wise Up Weekend is an incredible and potentially life-changing weekend!

Summer Camp (7th-12th Grade)

Each summer we take students to a summer camp.  At camp, students will have an incredible worship experience led by some of the country’s best worship leaders and communicators. Summer Camp is not just a place for students to hear life-changing truth. It’s a place that helps them experience it, remember it, and learn how to apply it.  Summer Camp also offers a unique opportunity for students to build relationships with one another as well as with our adult leaders.

Fall Retreat (7th-12th Grade)

Fall Retreat is a weekend event for students in the 7th-12th grade where we focus on their personal relationship with God, through engaging worship, relevant messages, and quality time with their small group leaders and friends. It is held each Fall at Camp Baldwin in Elberta, AL. Camp Baldwin offers an incredible environment for students to escape the everyday distractions of their lives and focus on who God is and what He has to say about the issues that they are facing.

Safeguarding Your Child’s Health & Safety

In the event of an emergency, we request and encourage all parents to complete the permission form which grants temporary authority to a designated adult to provide and arrange for medical care for a minor, where not accompanied by either parents or legal guardians, and it may not be feasible or practical to contact them.
