Meet Our Music Ministry Team

Bob Morrison - Associate Minister, Music and Worship (email)
Bob has been the minister of music of First Baptist Church since March
of 1987, having served churches in Alabama and Texas prior to that. A
graduate of Jacksonville State University and Southwestern Baptist Theo-
logical Seminary, Bob is married to Annette, and they have two sons,
Jeremy and Landon Jeremy is married to the former Rebecca Overman,
and they have one son, Jonas, and one daughter, Nyla. 

Annette Morrison, Administrative Assistant (email)
Annette, on staff since September of 1990, serves our Music Ministry
as the Administrative Assistant, working closely with her husband
in all aspects of the ministry. She is especially active in planning
the many details of tours for our groups, as well as all special
programming. Another major part of her job is to give direction and
coordination within our music support staff. Since 1987 she has served
as the director of our Sanctuary Bells.

Tina Gallant-Helms, Worship Associate (email)
Tina has served in this capacity since 2002. Before coming to FBCP,
she had served in similar roles in various churches both here in Florida
and Texas. She is a graduate of UWF with a BA in Music Education.
Aside from her church position, her full-time job has her serving as the
Music Teacher at the Creative Learning Academy here in Pensacola.

Doug Lee, Media Associate (email)
Doug has been active in our Music Ministry for several years, with his
dramatics and solo work significantly impacting our times of worship.
Having been a professional videographer, as well as having served other
churches in the area of media, it was a natural fit when the role of Media
Associate became available. As such, he heads up our TV Ministry.His
job outside the church is serving as manager of the Saenger Theatre.
He and Disa have three daughters, one of whom is married.

Casey Henry, Music Associate (email)
Casey began his role as Music Associate in January of 2010, but had
been an active part of our Music Ministry for several years prior to
that. In addition to serving as our Sanctuary Choir president for
2009/2010, he is a member of Rhapsody (trio). As Music Associate,
he leads our middle school music groups, as well as provides
assistance in general to the minister of music.

Dr. Lynne Lauderdale, Church Organist (email)
Lynne has been organist of First Baptist Church since May of 1981,
shortly after coming to Pensacola as part of the music faculty at the
University of West Florida, where she still teaches. Among her responsi-
bilities at FBC is serving as the primary accompanist for our Sanctuary
Choir. She is married to Mark York, and they have two sons, Nathaniel
and Charles Warren.

Beverly Warren, Church Pianist (email)
Beverly has served on the music staff since April of 1995. Prior to that
she served on a volunteer basis as the accompanist for several
groups. Included in her responsibilities is accompanying the Chapel
Choir, Surrender and the Orchestra. She is married to Bill, and they have
two grown children, Jennifer (now married and living in Salt Lake City)
and Brandon. 

Disa Lee, Children's Choirs & Music Ministry Assistant (email)
Disa became active in the Music Ministry at FBC several months before
coming on staff, first as a part-time music secretary, and more recently
as our Children's Choirs Coordinator. She has much experience
in all areas of music ministry, having worked both at East Hill Baptist
and Gulf Breeze Methodist before coming to FBC. She previously has
served in the area of children's choirs, as well as performing general
clerical duties. She and her husband, Doug, have three daughters.

Olivia Swaine, Accompanist Assistant (email)
Having served our music ministry for literally decades in various positions,
Olivia now fills the capacity of Assistant Accompanist. As such, she
serves as the regular accompanist for our Clarion Choir (MS), Promise
ensemble, and Singing Seniors. She also fills in for Lynne and Beverly,
our organist and pianist, when they are out. In addition, Olivia directs our
A Cappella Singers.
